Practical, employment-oriented education for individuals, professionals, employers and organizations — delivered since 1995 from study centres in Tel Aviv and Haifa, and through international cooperation as a member of EfVET.
TENS OF THOUSANDS OF GRADUATES SINCE 1995
Founded in 1995, Mishlav College has developed over more than three decades into an established Israeli provider of professional, vocational and continuing education. The college offers certificate studies, theoretical and practical professional courses, seminars and continuing professional education across a broad range of financial, technical, operational, safety and environmental fields.
Mishlav serves individuals seeking a profession or professional advancement, experienced professionals requiring continuing education, employers seeking to strengthen workforce capabilities, and organizations requiring customized training solutions. The college's approach is practical and employment-oriented: programs are designed with attention to real workplace needs, professional standards, regulation and the changing requirements of the Israeli labor market.
Training is delivered through Mishlav's study centers in Tel Aviv and Haifa and through distance-learning formats. The college also develops tailor-made programs for organizations and employers. Across its activities, Mishlav emphasizes professional relevance, quality of instruction, integrity and the ability to translate knowledge into practical professional capability.
Mishlav's international development is a natural extension of this approach. Through its membership in EfVET and through direct institutional relationships, the college seeks to exchange knowledge and best practices, learn from vocational education providers abroad, host professional visits and develop partnerships that can contribute to learners, faculty, employers and the wider VET community.
Professional education must remain connected to the changing world of work.
For more than three decades, Mishlav College has worked to provide professional education that is practical, relevant and capable of creating real value for learners and employers.
Professionalism and credibility are central to the way we operate. Vocational education is not only about transferring knowledge; it is about preparing people to perform, advance and adapt in a labor market that is constantly changing.
Technology, regulation and new professional requirements increasingly make international cooperation important. Colleges and training providers can learn a great deal from one another by sharing experience, teaching methods, employer connections and innovative approaches to lifelong learning.
Mishlav's membership in EfVET reflects our desire to be part of this wider professional dialogue. We are interested in exchanging knowledge and best practices, developing partnerships in Europe and beyond, hosting study visits and exploring opportunities for joint initiatives.
We look forward to building relationships with institutions that share our commitment to high-quality, practical vocational education.
